All Superior Propane LP Gas Refrigerator cooling units (parts only) are warranted against defects in material and workmanship
for 5 years from the original date of receipt. All gas components (parts only) are warranted for a period
2 years from date of purchase (ie. thermocouple, ignitor, etc). All components (parts only) are warranted for a period
90 days from date of purchase (ie. Crispers, Shelves, Handles, Hinges). Our warranty does not apply to damage
caused by negligence, misuse, fire, personal modifications or commercial usage. Accidental or normal wear and tear
is not warranted including scratches, dents, chips or discoloration due to usage or sunlight. Minor blemishes, chaffing, scuffs, or rough edges are
not covered under warranty and do not qualify for a replacement.
Additional warranty exclusions are stated below.
This warranty applies only to the original owner. This warranty is void if the product is used commercially, structurally altered
or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components, or is damaged as a result of
abnormal use. Normal wear and tear is not warrantied.
Superior Propane LP Gas Refrigerators sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the
defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Superior Propane LP Gas Refrigerators sole discretion. Except for
such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability
even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and
tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Superior Propane LP Gas Refrigerators assumes no liability for any accident, injury,
death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Superior Propane LP Gas Refrigerators
be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts.
Replacement of parts and/or products under this warranty are subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees and will
be collected prior to shipping. You will be responsible for arranging for the return shipping costs for all warranty claims.
Superior Propane LP Gas Refrigerators reserves the right to change our products design without incurring any obligations to incorporate
such changes into any products repaired or replaced under this warranty.
Damaged products must be returned directly to Superior Propane LP Gas Refrigerators immediatley, in the original box, freight prepaid.
Please include a copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) with the product. Replacements will not be sent until we receive your return.
Superior Propane LP Gas Refrigerators will replace manufacturing defects that are covered by our warranty.

Each unit is test fired and checked for proper cooling temperature and thermostat operation.
All units also receive an interior and exterior evaluation for any cosmetic blemishes.
